lol not really.

my school is semestered so that 2 semesters for the whole year and 4 periods for each semester. In grade 11 and 12, you don’t have to fill up all schedules but to graduate you MUST have 30 credits and 40 community hours AND pass the literacy test.

  1. kaylesx said: Sounds like ours, except only seniors can have free periods, and instead of service we have a graduation project (8-10 page paper and 15 hours, 8 of which must be with a mentor). And we don’t have a literacy test, hence all the people graduating.
  2. mleigh91 said: That’s how my high school was. 2 semsters, 4 classes each semester. We had to have something like 30 to graduate, too && if we wanted to be a special kind of scholar we needed the 40 hours community service.
